Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. Once done, set it aside to cool.
Heat the safflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink.
Add the frozen broccoli and cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Combine the cooked quinoa, ground turkey and vegetable mixture, and frozen blueberries. Mix well and let cool to room temperature.
Once everything is cool, combine and add the fish oil and Balance IT Plus supplement to the mixture, stirring well to ensure even distribution.
