  • 993 grams of whole eggs

  • 195 grams of canola oil

  • 10 grams of Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Pet Liquid

  • 2128 grams of baked potatoes, flesh and skin, without salt

  • 779 grams of raw apples, diced with skin

  • 316 grams of frozen corn, pea, and bean mix

  • 335 grams of fresh spinach

  • 137 grams of baby carrots, finely chopped or sliced

  • 30 grams of Morton Iodized Salt

  • 128 grams of Balance IT® Canine+ supplement

Tools:

  • Food scale

  • Large pot

  • Large skillet

  • Cutting board and knife

Instructions:

  1. Begin with the diced chicken breast. In a large skillet, heat half of the canola oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until it's lightly browned and cooked through.

  2. Break the eggs and add them to the skillet, combining them gently with the chicken.

  3. Introduce the baby carrots, frozen corn, pea, and bean mix to the skillet. Cook the mixture until the veggies are tender and well-integrated with the chicken and eggs.

  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the spinach, allowing it to wilt slightly.

  5. In a separate large pot, mash (or dice) the baked potatoes. You can add a splash of water or broth to achieve the desired consistency.

  6. Combine the mashed potatoes, diced apples, and the chicken and veggie mixture. Mix well.

  7. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

  8. Once cooled, stir in the remaining canola oil, Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Pet Liquid, Morton Iodized Salt, and Balance IT® Canine+ supplement. Ensure everything is well mixed for an even distribution.

  9. Depending on your dog's caloric needs, portion out the food into daily servings. Store in airtight containers in the fridge or freezer.

  10. Serve a portion to your dog, reveling in their delight as they gobble up their wholesome meal!

Tips and Notes:

  • The food should be cooled adequately before adding the Nordic Naturals Omega-3 and Balance IT® Canine+ supplement to retain their nutritional quality.
